Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Late arrivals will end at the scheduled time and will be billed in full. Insurance for Clinical & Biblical Counseling is accepted through Eyedentity Project PLLC. Currently accepted plans include Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network. Clients are responsible for verifying benefits and any copays, deductibles, or uncovered services. Custom wellness plans, coaching packages, and herbal formulations are non-refundable once services have been rendered. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
