I Know Her. I Am Her.
This is more than a support group.
It is a sacred space for women becoming.
A community where stories are honored, healing is intentional, and growth is shared.
We gather not because we are broken but because we are rebuilding.
Why It Was Created?
As a therapist, I have counseled women at many stages of life navigating heartbreak, identity shifts, motherhood, marriage, ambition, burnout, and rebuilding.
Through their voices, I often saw pieces of myself.

I created this space so women would no longer heal in isolation.
Because what you’ve survived
another woman understands.
And together, we rise.
What Happens Here
Inside this space, we:
• Share real stories without shame
• Reflect and grow intentionally
• Build emotional strength
• Strengthen faith and identity
• Encourage discipline and alignment
• Support one another in becoming whole
This is not therapy.
This is sisterhood, accountability, and intentional growth.
